Operator's family

The long relation between our family and the Das Lamm Heidelberg will be continued in the next generation. Johannes Fuhs has passed his cook exams with good success at the chamber of commerce Rhein-Neckar in February 2010, punctually in the year of our 350th jubilee. Afterwards he has had some practical training in some – also high decorated – gastronomic companies throughout germany. Abroad experience will follow.
